Otl Aicher is known for his wide range of activities from undertaking pictograms at the Munich Olympics and creating a corporate image for Brown Corp. to acting as the president of Ulm Molding University. This is an exhibition of originals depicting the philosophy and life of W. von Ockham, the medieval philosopher who pioneered contemporary analytic philosophy, with the historical circumstances of the times as a background. Aicher says that in addition to Ockham's free view of the world and analytic attitude, he was also drawn to the charm of his Oriental form of expression.
