Europe's largest cultural arts festival, Europalia '89 Japan, is being held in each city in Belgium from September this year. At one of the various events, the Modern Japanese Posters Exhibition, about 200 posters by 12 designers representative of Japan will be exhibited. Starting with the supervisor, Yusaku Kamekura, the designers include Katsumi Asaba, Tsuguya Inoue, Yukimasa Okumura, Makoto Saito, Koichi Sato, Hachiro Suzuki, Ikko Tanaka, Masatoshi Toda, Kazumasa Nagai, Shigeo Fukuda and Shin Matsunaga. This time we are introducing the new posters created for this Modern Japanese Poster Exhibition.
