German Montalvo is a Mexican graphic designer representative of Latin America. The key to his designs is the creative philosophy that he himself talks about. That philosophy is illusion. Visions and illusions are neither hallucinations nor optical illusions. The primitive shapes that remind us of Mexican folkart include a sense of humanity in lifeless or abstract objects that often join animals and people.
