The June to July 2008 exhibition at the ddd gallery will be the '08 TDC Exhibition. Every year this exhibition presents the results of the Tokyo TDC Award, which brings together cutting-edge typographic works in an international competition held by the Tokyo Type Directors Club. The Tokyo TDC Award 2008, for which entries were accepted in fall 2007, has been earning ever greater respect and attention, attracting a total of 3,140 entries of which 2,283 were from Japan and 857 from overseas. The award winners have been selected as the result of a rigorous judging process. The ’08 TDC Exhibition brings together these winning works with other nominated works and outstanding entries.
