We decided to limit our exhibition in the GGG to a small selection of work, especially posters, created during more than thirty years of collaboration. We made the selection the same way as we work: first of all, each of us chose our own individual favourites, and then we got together and discussed our choice -- a necessary process since it is natural to have a preference for work which was hard to do over that which came easily. We talked about doubtful cases, criticized uncompromisingly, and finally made the choice together. In this way, the difficulty of choosing from the prevailing variety resulted in a concentration of what we consider to be our best work. I should like to take this opportunity of complimenting all the exhibition collaborators at the GGG on the care and respect with which they handled the exhibits.
