【個人情報の取り扱いについて】
公益財団法人DNP文化振興財団は、申請者からいただく個人情報を以下の通り取扱います。

  1. 個人情報の利用目的
    当財団は、申請者からいただいた個人情報を、以下の目的にのみ利用いたします。
    1. 申請者からのお問い合わせに関する対応
    2. 当財団からの研究助成に関する連絡
    3. 当財団のイベントやワークショップ等のお知らせ
    それ以外の目的のために利用する場合は、あらためて申請者にご連絡し、ご同意をいただくことにしております。
  2. 個人情報の委託
    発送等のため、個人情報の取り扱いの全部、または一部を委託することがあります。
  3. 個人情報の第三者への提供
    当財団は、申請者からいただいた個人情報は上記を除き、第三者への提供を行っておりません。
    第三者へ提供をする場合は、申請者にご連絡し、ご同意をいただくことといたします。
  4. お問い合わせ窓口
    申請者の個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等のお求めや、その他、個人情報の取扱いに関するご質問やご意見がございましたら下記にご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします。

Handling of Personal Information
Personal information received by DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion is handled as set out below.

  1. Use of Personal Information
    DNP Foundation for Cultural Promotion (hereinafter, "the Foundation") shall use personal information from applicants solely for the purpose of responding to applicant inquiries.
    It shall contact and obtain the consent of that individual should it wish to use the information for any other purpose.
  2. Outsourcing of Personal Information
    Handling of personal information for mailing and other reasons may be outsourced in whole or in part.
  3. Providing Personal Information to Third Parties
    The Foundation shall not provide personal information it receives from applicants to any third party, other than for the purpose stipulated above. It shall contact and obtain the consent of the applicant should it wish to provide the information to a third party.
  4. Inquiries
    Requests for disclosure, amendment and suspension of the use of applicant information as well as questions and comments on the handling of personal information should be directed to the contact points below.
